Get ADL events touching an account (v0.21).

operationId: fetchAdlHistory

Not reachable through CCXT. ADL (auto-deleveraging) is a Nexus risk mechanism with no CCXT vocabulary.

Authentication: hmacAuth.

Returns ADL settlements where the specified address was either the bankrupt target or one of the counterparties whose position was closed.
