# Introducción

Nexus está construyendo **Nexus Exchange**, un exchange de spot y futuros perpetuos. Está **en vivo en testnet hoy**, donde la API, los SDK, la CLI y la interfaz están en desarrollo activo, y se ampliará hacia cripto, acciones, FX y materias primas a medida que avance hacia producción.

## La Network y la Chain están en pausa

A medida que la testnet del Exchange entra en funcionamiento, la Nexus Network y la Nexus Chain serán reemplazadas por el Exchange como la nueva fuente de verdad del estado canónico de la blockchain. Ambas están en pausa, y su documentación para desarrolladores y nodos se retiró de este sitio. Más adelante se compartirán más detalles sobre las mejoras técnicas.
