# NEX
NEX é o token nativo da blockchain da Nexus. Na Ethereum, ele existe como ERC-20. Na BSC, ele existe como um ERC-20 sintético da Hyperlane.

O contrato ERC-20 inclui funções de cunhagem (mint) e queima (burn) usadas nas operações de ponte por meio da ponte canônica do NEX.

O WNEX é um wrapper padrão WETH9/ERC-20. `deposit`, `withdraw`, `transfer` e `approve` funcionam como esperado.

#### Como adicionar à sua carteira
**Nexus (MetaMask ou carteira EVM)**
Adicione a rede Nexus à MetaMask. O NEX aparece automaticamente como o token de gas nativo, então você não precisa importá-lo.
**Ethereum (ERC-20)**
Importe o token na MetaMask:
1. Mude para a Ethereum Mainnet
2. Clique em **Import tokens**
3. Insira o endereço do contrato: `0xf57D49646621F563b0B905aFc8336923AC569Ec5`
4. O símbolo e as casas decimais são preenchidos automaticamente: `NEX`, `18`
**BSC (sintético da Hyperlane)**
Importe o token na MetaMask:
