* **2022 · Fundação.** A Nexus inicia pesquisas em computação verificável de alto desempenho.
* **Setembro de 2022 · Rodada seed.** Liderada pela Dragonfly.
* **Maio de 2024 · Série A.** Coliderada pela Lightspeed e pela Pantera.
* **1º trimestre de 2026 · Motor de matching na testnet.** Primeiro motor de matching de ordens on-chain ativo na testnet.
* **20 de maio de 2026 · Mainnet e TGE.** Lançamento da mainnet, evento de geração do token NEX e listagens em exchanges.
* **Junho de 2026 · Testnet da Exchange.** A Nexus Exchange abre para negociação na testnet, após o lançamento da mainnet e o TGE.

## Próximos passos

* **H2 2026 · USDX.** Lançamento da stablecoin nativa em dólar, lastreada 1:1 por títulos do Tesouro dos EUA (T-bills) de curto prazo e equivalentes de caixa.
* **H2 2026 · Exchange (produção).** Lançamento em produção da Nexus Exchange para spot e futuros perpétuos.
