# USDX

A moeda de margem e de cotação planejada da Exchange: o que o USDX será e o que ele não é.

**O USDX é a moeda nativa de margem e de cotação planejada da Nexus Exchange, com paridade de 1:1 com o dólar americano.** Todos os mercados da Exchange serão denominados e terão margem em USDX, então os traders manterão um único ativo de garantia entre spot e futuros perpétuos. O USDX ainda não foi lançado. Os mercados da testnet usam como margem USDX sintético do faucet, que não tem valor no mundo real.

## O que vai diferenciar o USDX

* **Rendimento sobre capital ocioso.** O USDX gerará rendimento a partir de títulos do Tesouro dos EUA (Treasury bills) sobre saldos ociosos. O rendimento não vem de emissão de novos tokens nem de recompensas inflacionárias.
* **Feito para a Exchange.** O USDX foi projetado para fazer a Exchange funcionar bem para os traders: um único ativo unificado de garantia e de cotação, componível com o ecossistema EVM na blockchain da Nexus.
* **Terá lastro e paridade de 1:1 com o USD.**

## O que o USDX não é

O USDX não é um protocolo de stablecoin DeFi independente nem um produto de rendimento. Ele foi projetado como a camada de garantia e de cotação da Exchange.
